I'm having computer problems?

My computer has been having problems for about 3 months. It started off being that I couldn't turn it off because if I did, the computer would come back on like it was new, with all my pictures, favorites, backgrounds, and everything else gone. All my login information was gone and it was like I just bought the computer. Then recently I had press the button several times to get it to come on; it was like it wouldn't come on with the normal push that I give the button. Last night, I was having problems with it so I closed it. I have a laptop. I opened it and it acted like it was going to come on and everything, but right when it went to load the password screen, it just went to a blue colored screen and I could see my mouse and everything, but I couldn't get onto the computer. It did that until around 12 today. It came on like it always does then, but like it was brand new again. The internet has been freezing up a lot and it won't let me download the new Adobe Flash Player because everytime I get to the page it freezes up and closes out of it. I've tried over 10 times. I turned it off twice and it's still doing this. What could be wrong?

I'd format and reinstall your OS first. Since you have lost everything anyway it should be no big deal. If the reinstall does not fix your situation, then you can start eliminating hardware problems.

F11 does not quite do whatever besides do away with the repute bars best and backside. I do not understand how it might have got rid of your pop-ups, however extra vigor to you, I wager. I have constant a few minor issues with the laptop however might in no way contact the insides of it. Aside - we needed to ship the computer to HP while it crashed a couple of months in the past. They had it picked up, constant and shipped again at no cost inside five days, but if it obtained again, my husband requested me why did not they repair the keyboard? I did not recognize what he intended. It seems the N key markings have rubbed off, so the hot button is clean. I'd in no way spotted considering I in no way appear on the keyboard while I variety and he does. He says it is been long gone on account that approximately every week once we obtained it. LOL

If you have the install disks then to a system repair not a re-install. A re-install should be your last resort.
