system security question - part 2?
Thanks to the great answers I received on Y!A, I was able to get rid of the system security malware. Thank you to all who answered so promptly and thoroughly!
Now that my computer is back to normal, I am trying to find out if there is anywhere that I can register a complaint against this "company". Are there any numbers I can call or action that I can take to return the misery to the idiots who created this malware? Their so-called customer support only has an email address with "general enquiry [sic]" in the message button.
I seek retribution... any way to deliver it? :)
customer support where? There really is no such thing through their own website for system security- and I don't want to try to access it on the chance of reinfecting my laptop.

You should go to Customer Support or to Customer Rights(I think it's called in case you want to report them) this way you can complain to the company.
