Very fast way to lose weight.?

I don't care about healthy. And don't say anything like you shouldn't blah blah blah. I just want the fastest and possibly easiest. But I could dedicate to something that could really work. Thanks !

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

    will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

    underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

    exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

    diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

    you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

    cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

    diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

    calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

    lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

    disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target

    your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a

    bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

    to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    well being a wrestler there’s always a reason to lose weight. sooo for I would break out some solar suits (since u probably don’t have lol.. take plastic garbage bags and wear them) your cloth layering should be long sleeve t shirt-garbage bag- t shirt - sweat shirt. for you legs just use good old sweat pants. now that’s your dressed you have two things u can do. run( best if you run stairs.. but u can just run) or ride a stationary bike. just do that till ur starting to sweat... then you can do a few push up or whatever then just chill in the garbage bags ha-ha. but I just gotta warn u it can get very out and u can pass out. so take it easy till you know what its like. don’t be afraid to do new things just try walking or play with your dog , hell jump rope is really good cause pretty much any physical active u do in garbage bags will make you work up a sweat. After you work out keep the clothes on till your done sweating this keep. it may take up to 30mins now lets talk meals. you don’t have to complete not feed yourself but a good judge of what you should eat is anything that not "empty cals" meaning no pop =( or monsters lol. but eat protein and veggs. and for fruits try to stick with citrus! citrus id your friend! plan old grapefruit is ******* amazing for losing weight. stay away from fruit juices unless its 100% natural the added sugar ******* kills you. as for water drink distilled water!!! this key. water weight is the first thing you lose. and normal water stays with you cause all the stuff in it.. so drink DISTILLED! the key with eating is don’t eat till your full just enough and only don’t drink tons of water.( sometimes instead of eating I will take like a crystal light ice tea mix(the powder) and just eat that plan. I know its high in sugars but u can trade sugars for one meal) don’t keep weighting yourself everyday do it like every 3 days you’ll feel better at your lose weight =) oh almost forgot after you get your body physically active your body will "drift"(meaning lose) out .5-1 pound a night. you can play with what I said to fit you best hope this helps. feel free to ask me about something

    use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

    if you re having trouble getting started make a small move such as starting an eating log or buying walking shoes you re three times more likely to follow through if you start with small gestures such as these
