Likelihood of Miscarriage?
The last time I had sex was around July 10th and my last period was on July 20th. On Monday I started having heavy bleeding with clots and cramp like pains so I took a PT which came out positive. Is it very likely that I'm having a miscarriage? Also, I'm planning to get a test at a clinic this weekend. If I've had a miscarriage, will the test there still come out positive or will they be able to tell I've had a miscarriage? I'm not trying to sound ignorant, but I've never been pregnant before and I'm unsure about this.

It sounds like each one of my misscarriages. Go to the ER get checked out... there are so many variables. Tell them you are pregnant and bleeding badly.

The test can still come out positive even if you did have a miscarriage. The pregnancy hormones hCG don't go away immediately so it could possibly still show as a + An ultrasound would be the best thing to check if there is still a sac. Heavy bleeding is never a good sign - so getting checked out is a good idea.

Sounds like it was a miscarriage. If you take a test you can still get a positive depending on your hcg levels.
