I do know that I am going to die, I have a heart problem and there is a 99.99% I will die because nothing is being done about it.
There is a 15% chance you will live, so you do not 'know'.
However, I have totally and under understanding of your fears and concerns.
If you go ahead with the surgery, it is your choice; but if you want help to make that choice, I suggest that you find out as much as you can about the pros and cons first.
That way you can make the best informed decision you can.
Good luck!

First of all, what is going to happen to you if you don't have the surgery?
Because if the surgery is really needed, I will go ahead and have it.
Before the surgery I will be sorrounded by my family, and I will tell them that I loved them very much.
Finally I will pray, and then I will be in God's hands.

depends on what will happen if you choose not to go with the surgery. You're probably better off going without the surgery if it is possible. 15% chance of success is horrible, but you must make the decision for yourself. Good luck, hope I was helpful.

Having an 85% percent chance of dying isn't quite KNOWING you're going to die.
Perhaps I'd practice my spelling skills.

I'd take all the money I had in my trust fund that I couldn't touch till 18 years of age and give it to a charity of my choice.

I would consult with the doctor and also talk to my family to determine what the best option would be.
