Internet fails-DNS error?

There was one website I would go to and it wouldpop up saying dns error, I figured just alot of people wer egetting on or just out. Every now and then it does this- NOW it's doing this for facebook but not the other site. What's going on? Sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't but its never done this before.

    For Vista and Windows 7

    Start - All Programs - Accessoried - right click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.

    When Command Prompt comes up, type

    ipconfig /flushdns

    and press ENTER
