My daughters were just given a pet naked rat. He's really warm to the touch. Is that normal?
I mean, if he were a person, to me it would feel like he had a fever. Can anyone help me out here? I'd appreciate it.

Yes, it's normal for a hairless rat to feel warmer than a furry rat. This is because they have higher metabolism than normal, furry rats. Even though they *feel* warm, they should avoid drafts.
