Would the government warn us if there was an asteroid heading towards our earth?

I doubt it very seriously. The fear and panic would be uncontrollable as society and rule of law would breakdown.

Wouldn't this have been a giant thing? I haven't heard anything on the news or on a website. But really it's probably a lie so our government can get support for something. If not then we have about thousands of nuclear missiles we can shoot at it or got Armageddon style . If that doesn't work or is even possible then were all screwed and there's nothing we can do about it live life up to the best and have some fun.

It is strange you look up prophecy about the future and the Day Dec 21 2012 is the day when a major disaster is to strike our planet. I was not aware of an asteroid I thought maybe a member of the GOP won in 2012 and that triggered a nuclear conflict in Dec of 2012 with either North Korea or Iran being the one to start it all

2012 is just another government lie designed to mask what is already happening. A mass awakening, a paradox shift where people are starting to wake up from all this corruption. This awakening will have reached its peak come 2012.

Government elements however now have the technological ability to fake such events so to make them seem real when in reality they are not.

They may not at first, but there would come a time when their hand would be forced (ie it gets so close that amateur astronomers start seeing it with their telescopes). They would be hard pushed to keep people all over the globe silent then.

Well, even if they did warn us, I'm wondering what you imagine we could do?

Maybe we could all jump up in the air at the moment of impact and when we came back "down" we'd all be happily gasping for non-existent air in the great void of space.

No because if the worlds going to end in three years then we can all stop paying taxes, child support and anything we don't agree with.

It depends on the mass and velocity. Mass and velocity determine momentum. The mass of the Earth is gigantic compared to a little dab of space dirt.

Well I could see them getting us all worried about an asteroid that they knew wasn't a real threat to distract us from certain issues. However if it were a real threat, then no.

Actually I don't trust this Administration or this Congress to give us any truthful answers to anything. They have shown that they cannot be trusted and they do not have the people in this countries best interest at heart. This is all about control to them.
