School outfits? (10 pts best answer)?

Question

Alright, I'm starting high school this year and I want to have (at least) a few nice outfits. I'm 5'1", on the small side, pale skin, dark auburn hair, dark blue eyes. Looking to shop at Kohls, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, etc. I don't have a particular price range in mind. I'd like to stand out--I've always been really shy and I'm trying to branch out in high school. I don't really know what colors look good on me, but no yellow please. Thanks!

Well I am a Junior in High School & well over here in cali. Wearing dresses well  nice dresses really stands out. Kinda tease your hair and wear it differently here & there. Leather jackets are really cute & definitely the skinny jeans. Cardigans & scarfs are a must & so are Accessories for instance gold jewelery long necklaces pearl necklaces are cute. Try searching online at forever 21,Charlotte Russe, Hot Topic, Wet Seal, & don't forget somethings may be really nice but think if you'll wear it to school.

I suggest you go super-layered on top: like an open oxford (a button-up) over an open vest over a solid tank or tee. Avoid trouser jeans, since you're petite. And for standing out at school? A pair of comfy red heels. Hope I helped!
