try a premium import like stella, pilsner urkell, smith wicks, heinekin, etc. anything that brags "brewed according to the Bavaria purity law of 1516" is likely good beer. The only ingredients of any beer brewed to this standard are "malted barley, hops, water, and yeast." If the beer you are looking at has other adjuncts such as rice or sugar or honey, then stay away!!!! not to sat that some domestics can't be brewed like this but the list is short: Sleeman's, Upper Canada, Sam Adam's, and a few others)

(honey mead fans don't be upset: honey mead is good, but it's NOT BEER!!)

Just starting out, stay away from the megas like bud, coors, miller, all that crap. Its a nasty way to start cause u will think that is waht beer is supposed to taste like.

Try Blue Moon Belgian White. Or an other Belgian white, just ask for help finding some.

if you can, find a good, locally made brew; most cities and town have a brewery thats distributed locally; if you cant find one then just pick up something that looks good and try it!!! Some common beers I'd recommend are Blue Moon, Stella Artois, Sierra Nevada, Sam Adams, Guiness, Yuengling (if you're on the east coast) or Fat Tire; just stay away from the mass produced, watered down american mega-beers like Coors, Miller and Bud!!!

I prefer Corona or Sol beer; sometimes Samuel Adams

well if you want just a beer i suggest bluemoon but if your playing beerpong get something like natie light or coors

bud light, Michelob ultra, yingling (spelling is probably wrong)... if you need energy, like an energy drink with alcohol, try sparks. i like the blue can.
