How can I increase my blood pressure?

Why would I want to increase my blood pressure, you ask?

Well, My blood pressure is always low. Sometimes I feel like in a daze dream state which doesnt help when I need to study. It's very frustrating for me.

Coffee doesnt work. I dont want to eat salt because I do not like salty foods very much at all. And I dont want energy drinks.

Exercising maybe, but I need something les time consuming ti balance that out becaue i need to spend loads of time studying

If it's diet, then not usually. But if it's the regular kind, then yes. Usually if you look at the nutritional info on the side, it will tell you many carbs and sugars are in the product. If it's over thirteen and your blood sugars aren't low, I wouldn't suggest consuming the product. Also, just some info for the answerers above, diabetes is more about blood sugar than blood pressure. There is a difference.

Have kids lmao no I struggle with low blood pressure all of the time... I'll bend down to pick something up and get up and everything will go black...... sucks doesn't it??? eh whatever... if you need help concentrating i'd suggest riddelin because, unless you have ADHD/ADD it should improve your focus an/or maybe raise your blood pressure. A healthy diet with a lot of protein would be beneficial as well.

I have the same issue, bit its because I have high blood pressure, make sure you have low blood pressure for sure before you start having heart problems after you try and raise it.

High BP is much much much more common than low BP. If you suffer from dizziness, faintness and actual fainting spells and your BP is below 90/60 then it is probably low BP.

If you do really suffer from low BP perhaps you can find some useful tips in a web search for "low blood pressure" + "natural remedies".

As far as i know i think you need to eat more sea foods (shrimps, crabs, etc.) and more meat like pork and chicken specially the skin of chicken. You also eat "balot" it helps increasing your blood pressure. Take one of it everyday it will help you. Do not forget to eat veges ok. and light exercise too.

caffiene is something that causes low blood pressure after a long period of time. The best way is kind of gross.. but its bearable. drink one can of V8 tomator juice, or campbells tomato juice. One can a day will give you half the sodium your supposed to get in a day. (and it doesnt taste salty)

Source(s): I went to the doctor, took a month or two to figure out i had low blood pressure, told me to drink it once a day, and now i feel great. also ramen noodles have lots of sodium too so one a day of that would be good too.(but it has MSG in it)
