i face this problem whenever i try to list a lot of sites/links [over 10].
my way out is to break the list into parts & add a couple of simple text/words in-between.
another reason could be the length of the answer.
or if you start your answer with a link/web address, there is a glitch.
if this doesn't solve your problem, add some specifics so that more people can help.

ADDITION : another reason could be that you are using the Back key to Edit your answer instead of using the Edit tab. this also causes an error sometimes.
