For now, you can't, unless it is one to another Yahoo site / page. This is because you are still Level 1. Once you hit Level 2 at 250 total points, you will be able to post links that are clickable.

If you post a URL(an internet address), it will appear in your question/answer,but members will not be able to click on it.It will appear as ordinary text.If they wish to view what you posted e.g. a picture,they will have to copy it(the URL) and then paste it into their browser's address bar.They can then go to it and view the image/website that you referenced in your question/answer.
