Are atheists allowed to post in Religion and Spirituality?

It seems like there's a lot of hate towards atheists for posting in R&S, apparently coming from the fact that they "don't belong there". Now, I checked the TOS and the Help Forum on Yahoo! answers and I don't see anything about "LOL NO ATHEISTS ALLOWED IN RELIGION AND SPIRITUALITY". 'course, I could be wrong.

If anyone has _any_ source from Yahoo that says atheists are not welcome in R&S I'd like to see it. Because, hey, why not just report them straight to the people in charge, right?

Update:

макароны, would t be fair to say that your answer is, oh, a teensy bit hypocritical? Saying that atheists have "miserable, pathetic and lost lives" and then criticizing them for pouring "scorn on devout believers" is poor form.

i think of all of us has the splendid to submit in spite of they like, in spite of the undeniable fact that, the shortcoming of understand and the consistent insults are what's slightly annoying. maximum frequently while human beings have not got valid solutions to questions they effect to insults and profanity. i've got self assurance that maximum individuals of "so-observed as" atheists on R&S are no longer atheists in any respect yet rather agnostics. sometimes they're in simple terms disappointed theists because of fact God has no longer replied a prayer or request. in spite of the undeniable fact that, I do locate it slightly puzzling on how "maximum" atheists would come and torture themselves with what they dislike (faith). Does this someway coach that whomever is an atheist in simple terms in simple terms needs to ridicule those that are theists? if so,how some distance would they bypass in the event that they are not stopped. Does this coach us the real schedule of atheist? That they gained't end till faith (usually the Judeo-Christian God) is eradicated? "we will unharness the Nihilists and the atheists, and we will galvanize a sturdy social cataclysm which in all its horror will coach needless to say to the countries the end results of absolute atheism, beginning place of savagery and of the main bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the voters, obliged to preserve themselves against the international minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disappointed with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that 2nd be without compass or path, irritating for an acceptable, yet without understanding the place to render its adoration, will acquire the real mild in the time of the conventional manifestation of the organic doctrine of Lucifer, introduced finally out interior the well-known public view" Albert Pike

Religion and Spirituality is the topic, not an entrance requirement.

You don't have to be a cat to post in the cat section.

If atheists want learn and generally improve their miserable, pathetic and lost lives then all should welcome them here. However if their only interest is to pour scorn on devout believers then it's no spaghetti for them tonight.

Without atheists in that section it would just be a circlejerk of religious people reassuring themselves they aren't crazy.

Honestly I thought they would welcome atheists as a chance to "save" them, but it seems the atheists were smarter afterall
