if I was you, I'd look for a bit more juice - so you can upgrade to a decent graphics card at some stage - I have that PSu and it only just copes with a Geforce 9600GT and 9500 Phenom CPU

it'll work but you might want to go a little beefier on the PSU now ($30-50 more now will mean not upgrading and spending $100-$150 in the future when you add other components like a power hungry video card etc). You didn't mention how many optical drives, hard drives, fans and video card will be on this system so I would be more inclined to go 650 watt (from corsair, pc power and cooling, thermaltake, coolermaster, ocz etc)
