should not be mandatory but should be allowed. i don't feel that it should stop anything from progressing in school.

School is not the place for prayer. Especially not mandatory prayer or a "moment of silence", which I feel is just a passive aggressive way to get prayer into schools. Although I understand that nothing is going to keep individuals from maybe uttering a silent prayer now and then (like before a test or whatever), but it should stay that way.

I personally believe if a Christian is that concerned about it they should home school or send their children to a private religious school. I also think that Churches themselves should be set up to facility it's members - and others in the community to home schools or even set the church up as an educational co-operative. Parents would volunteer to as staff, donate educational materials etc. etc. That is of course if the Churches were really interested in more than taking the money and building shrines to themselves.

I am a Christian, but feel that a moment of silence is the more attractive option. It doesn't force people into our religion, so that they won't fight it later if they are up against it later.

The truth will always be hated and Jesus is the truth. Satan uses other religions to counter the truth.

Jesus said they hated me and they will hate you.
