I personally like Jpop out of all of them but that's cause I never really listen to Korean or Chinese music or anything.

Haha. I'm probably completely biased, but I'm going to say my favorite type is Chinese! That's right, I said it!!
And so what if I'm only choosing that because I'm about a quarter Chinese! That doesn't matter! :|
Lol. No, but on a serious note, I have to agree. Korean music is probably the best out of the other three. YG Entertainment is one of the largest Hip-Hop producing companies in the world! Duhh.

I like Japanese. It's very refreshing and in a world of its own. I use to like Korean, but Korean copies to much, yet act like they're original. It's obvious that popular Korean music is dependent on what's going on in the US. If the US stopped making music, popular Korean music would be a standstill. Japanese isn't always original, but just like their technology, they didn't create it, but they make it better over time and develop an industry on its own.
Not sure how Korean owns when Japanese music is the 2nd largest in the world.

Totally agree with you about the Korean music! Love Big Bang. :-D I still like Japanese music too. And I haven't had the pleasure of listening to any Chinese music.

Now that I have listened to your videos/songs,I really wanna learn more about Kara, and hear more of their music. They kinda remind me of Baby V.O.X in some way, except that BBV went to hell when they changed into being the new group,Re:Baby V.O.X
As for your question,I try not to place any 1 language of music ahead of another.I try to be accepting of all. But,I really do like Korean and Japanese music better than others like Chinese or Vietnamese.
And,I also love when an artist can excel in more than 1 language. Some good examples of that being DBSK,BoA,and Utada Hikaru.

Korean music good with me, although Im more of Japanese rock&pop type of guy.
I agree, Korean hip-hop is great, but American hip-hop....well some of it.....is better, you listed some good artists as examples.
So, my answers:
J)70%
K)25%
C)5%
I haven't listened to alot of Chinese music. XD
So yeah....my vote goes to Japan on this one.

I kind of prefer Japanese music, from J-rock to J-pop to good ol fashion shamisen music and kabuki theatre type stuff, Korean is good and Chinese all right but im just more fonder of Japanese

I really like japanese music, especially j-rock. It's really good and its my favorite.
I also like some chinese (mandarin) pop music too. I like it because Mandarin is such a pretty language and it sounds so beautiful when put into song. Plus I'm half Chinese and can speak a bit of Mandarin.
