will this amp work with my speakers?
i have two kicker 12s cvr and i need an amp i know someone selling a kicker 800 watt amp with 2 channels..is that right?? will it work

I'd suggest you try to find the RMS ratings for your subwoofers, and your amp. It should be fine though.

The 2 channel amp is known as a "Stereo" amp. These amps are designed for a 4 Ohm load. If the amp is 800W RMS x 2 @ 4 Ohm, you will be fine.
Your subs handle 400W RMS/each. However, they make 2 versions: 4 Ohm, and 8 Ohm.
IF THE SUBS ARE 4 OHM:
Wire the subs in 4 ohm stereo.
IF THE SUBS ARE 8 OHM:
Bridge the amp, to create a 4 ohm load.
