If you refer to number of words, Psalm 119 is quite long. If you refer to scope of time covered by the book, you probably would opt for The Revelation of St. John. It covers the time from the Seal Judgements through into eternity. Jesus is revealled there as alpha and omega...the first and last letters in the greek alphabet. So, a perspective which takes in quite a long time frame is in view. Vast, immeasurable, uncharted...but with a nice destination.
I thought of mentioning Genesis...it takes one from a garden in Eden, to a coffin in Egypt. But Revelation won out.

Psalm 119. However, it's divided into sections labelled with Hebrew letters, so in a sense it doesn't form a single chapter.
