Do they make size 1T underware?

I have a very small 2 yr old how is *dying* to potty train. I got him some 2/3Ts and they are falling off his little tush! He's just 20 pounds and wears some 12 month clothes and some 18 months and 2Ts... but in pants it is *all* 12 months if you want them to stay on.

I've never been in a hurry to push my kiddos toward training... so having one so young and small needing underware has been interesting. Even when we have started training at 2yrs they haven't really been confident enough for real undies... but this one is *ready* and they just don't fit!

So... do they make smaller undies and if not what do I do with this kiddo?!? :)

try ec underwear/training pants. (basically training pants for babies/young toddlers)

    http://www.ecwear.com/catalog.php?category=188

also, diaper pin has reviews on these type of products

and diaper swapper has a group who swap ec trainers/undies

and i've seen them on ebay as well.

the target and walmart ones (that i've seen) start at 2T (way too big for my dd2, LOL)

Source(s): also, i belong to a really great group called Infant Potty Training Late Starters. it's for people who started practicing ec with older babies/young toddlers (as opposed to from birth) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/IPTLateStarters/ i forgot, i also belong to another Yahoo group called ec swap http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ECSwap/ they members pass on their outgrown stuff all the time

I had the same problem with my son, we started at 21 months and he was(and still is) tiny for his age. I just bought a bunch of packs of the smallest sizes I could find and thankfully some fit him pretty well. Worst case scenario you can buy some in the smallest size you can find and then sew the sides in a little bit so they stay on him.

Hanna Anderson's size XS underwear are really little. They're expensive but worth the money. The XS will fit kiddos around 25lbs.

    http://www.amazon.com/Gerber-Training-Pants-6-pair...

the gerber training pants come in an 18months, they say they fit 24-28 lbs, I find that these run small, so they maybe ok

There is no such size as 1T. The smallest underwear comes in for toddlers/preschoolers is 2T/3T and then 3T/4T and then usually 4T/5T before they go to an XS or S in regular girls/boys underwear.
