Should I go to gym for workout ?
I'm a 24 year old boy with height 5 feet 5 inches, and 66 Kg. I want to have a fit body. I don't get enough time to go to gym for workout. I have seen several tutorials and routines of workout in internet. Some of them are really fake I thing (like get six pack abs in 30 days etc). But some of them are quite impressive and good I think.
My question is can I get the same result if I follow those video tutorials practicing in my home, or I should go to gym regularly. The videos I saw in youtube and in other sites, they use some instruments, but not many. Please help me by giving your valuable comments. Thanks.

I used to go to the gym regularly but now I just workout at home and I get the same or better workout. You'll need to purchase a few weights for your house but thats about it. Do internet searches on "crossfit" routines, they are killer and will get you in great shape. Every morning I do:
10 arm curls
20 pushups
30 squats
40 crunches
50 jumping jacks
I do this 3 times in a row and am in great shape.

Hi.
No, you don't HAVE to go to the gym.
However, the gym usually has more options for weight equipment, and can really come handy for more of a selection of different exercise movements.
But I digress.. You can easily get a good workout at home just fine.

They really work, if you do cardio too. Run, Jog or bike for 30 or 45 minutes a day, 4 times a week, so you can lose fat if you have, and those exercises you see on youtube will really work. :)

Well ever since youtube came out the world has now been full of possiblities.So thiers a few vids on how to get ripped at home i mean i do them and it works.the only problem with me is that i eat alot.
