We, a small team of 3 members work for a multinational company. My boss is not working properly, and this is hampering our team's performance. Obviously, our client is not happy with us. As, my boss is not working, I am having great workload. The global office who appointed us don't know about this. Should I report it to them ? If yes, how can I approach ? How can I talk to my boss regarding this ?

Hi everyone, I work in a reputed multinational advertising & marketing consulting company as a Project Manager. I had a probation period of six months, and this period will end this December. When was appointed, I demanded comparatively a low salary, and later I came to know that if I demanded more, I would get that figure. My boss ensured me that I am getting permanent, and will get the new appointment letter soon, though they haven't told me anything about the salary scale. Now, I want to ask for increasing my salary scale. My question is whether I should ask for a raise or not, and if I ask, how should I proceed ?

Asus P5Q-EM motherboard (Intel G45 chipset with supporting MAX 16 GB RAM, FSB 1600 MHz )

2 GB DDR2 RAM (800 BUS)

I am using Windows Vista 64-bit version. I didn't buy any graphics card, since I was using the built in one that comes with the motherboard. I used to play Counter Strike 2, and some other games, and didn't find any problem. When I installed Counter Strike 4:Modern Warfare, then I saw my PC has become slower than before. For my PC configuration, which graphics card would be a good one to play the games like Counter Strike, Far Cry, or Medal of Honor etc.

My budget is $75 - $120.

I'm a 24 year old boy with height 5 feet 5 inches, and 66 Kg. I want to have a fit body. I don't get enough time to go to gym for workout. I have seen several tutorials and routines of workout in internet. Some of them are really fake I thing (like get six pack abs in 30 days etc). But some of them are quite impressive and good I think.

My question is can I get the same result if I follow those video tutorials practicing in my home, or I should go to gym regularly. The videos I saw in youtube and in other sites, they use some instruments, but not many. Please help me by giving your valuable comments. Thanks.

I am a 24 year old man. My height is 5 feet 4 inches, and weight is 68 kg. I want to do some exercise so that I can lose some weight. For this do I need to go to Gym regularly ? If I buy some of the equipments and try those in my home, will that be enough ? It's hard for me to manage time to go to Gym.

I am a boy of 23 years old. I am facing hair fall problem from last 4/5 years. Initially, it was less and like usual hair fall. Now, I am suffering this problem badly. I have dandruff, but when I use shampoo, I get rid of it. I have an another problem, which I think may be the main cause. The skin of my head always remain very hot and it is like that from many years.

Can it cause hair fall ?
