Which grphics card would be the best for my PC ?

My PC's configuration is like below:

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor 2.33 GHz
Asus P5Q-EM motherboard (Intel G45 chipset with supporting MAX 16 GB RAM, FSB 1600 MHz )
2 GB DDR2 RAM (800 BUS)

I am using Windows Vista 64-bit version. I didn't buy any graphics card, since I was using the built in one that comes with the motherboard. I used to play Counter Strike 2, and some other games, and didn't find any problem. When I installed Counter Strike 4:Modern Warfare, then I saw my PC has become slower than before. For my PC configuration, which graphics card would be a good one to play the games like Counter Strike, Far Cry, or Medal of Honor etc. 

My budget is $75 - $120.

4850, make sure you Power supply has a 6pin, the 4850 should be good for you since its small, considering you had a intergraded gpu i think you brought your computer, so your case will most likely be too small for a 250gtx.

It can any steam game on max, can play COD4 on max, 150+ fps in most games, and you will never lag, unless your other hardware lags
