Which do you like better; Adelaide or Jordana?
Jordana Brielle Graham
Jordana B. Graham
Jordana Graham
Jordana G
Pronounced Jor-Dan-Uh
or
Adelaide Brielle Graham
Adelaide B. Graham
Adelaide Graham
Adelaide G
Also, what nickname do you like best for Adelaide (please pick from this list, no other suggestions). We won't call her this from Day 1 (otherwise we would just name her that), but I don't want her to go by Addie, because my youngest daughter is Abby. So which do you prefer:
Adele (add-uh-lay)
Ada (add-uh or aid-uh)
Adelie (add-uh-lee)
Ellie
So
1.) Which name
2.) Which nickname (even if you pick Jordana, pick a nickname please)
3.) Rank each out of ten
4.) Any other comments you have
Please no suggestions.
Please don't change Brielle, we are not changing it. We are not changing Jordana to Jordan, so don't suggest that either. I am not asking what you are naming your daughter, I want to know what you think of these two names AS IS. I thought I made that clear.
What's so bad about Brielle being Gabrielle without the Ga? Its also a town in the Netherlands, and originated from that, not Gabrielle.

I personally love the name Adelaide, and actually thought it was pretty rare, therefore am curious how so many people at Yahoo! Answers know about it.
1. Adelaide - however, Jordana has points since Abby and Adelaide might get mixed up.
2. Ellie (my nickname). I thought Adele was pronounced Add-elle. It's very close to the actual name anyway.
3. Jordana - 7.5 Adelaide - 9.3
4. I like Brielle.

1. Jordana
2. Jor, Jordie, Dana, Ana, Brie (like the cheese! :P)
3. Jordana = 7.5/10. Adelaide = 5.5/10
4. The thing with Adelaide is that it is also a city in Australia, which is the only issue I have with it :3 It also sounds really old fashioned in a not-so-great way.
Good luck! :D
