What does this outfit shout out to you?

What is your impression of an individual wearing this outfit? In college? Out and about? I'm not looking for "rich" or "poor". I'm asking if you find it nice or lame, would you be comfortable around this person or do you find that there is some divider?

It's too put together for a rather casual setting. I like the cardigan, but if all that went together people would think you're a snob.

I think it shouts out "I know what i'm doing." Although it looks a bit geeky but ok for a college student i think there is probably something better out there though.

I would think that they were really neat and clean and put-together. I absolutely love guys that can dress themselves well so this would seem cute to me, and yes I would be comfortable.
