Do you consider this to be alot of food.?

This is what I've had today.

Breakfast: one scrambled egg, cottage cheese with fresh blueberries, coffee.

Lunch: Salmon fillet with romaine lettuce. (olive oil and lemon dressing)

Sounds good to me however I would add maybe a protein shake between breakfast and lunch and an afternoon snack consisting of an apple and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and then a healthy dinner. As far as it being a lot of food....NO! If you fall below 1200 calories a day it puts your body into starvation mode and no matter what you eat, healthy or not, your body will store as fat for energy later.

no but not all of it is healthy.

cottage cheese is high in saturated fats so why not have turkey rashers or wholemeal bread with peanut butter and one scrambled egg. - i noticed you had no carbs at breakfast which is needed.

Lunch: salmon is great- try not to eat the skin - has fat.

olive oil is not good! try balsamic vinegar, it has fewer calories and tastes delicious.

also i have again noticed that you have no carbs. have a small baked potato - no butter or cheese! you could make your salad more interesting so it fills you up more. add some cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, onion etc.

have some fruit as snacks - blue berries are good. also try blackberries- 20 blackberries has like 20 calories! fantastic!

remember to eat healthily and balanced.

That's probably around average. My diet is pretty much an egg white and salad diet, but I cheated today and had a ham and cheese kebab, but I'm about to go walk off the extra calories on my treadmill :)

    Making me hungry!! :)

Yea, sounds great. Personally i would add in a fruit or veggie sticks for that mid-morning snack.

You can have more then one egg btw. Just make the others egg whites. Very filling, lots of proteins, and only a trace amount of saturated fats.

Doesn't seem like it to me. It's good that the food you are eating is healthy. Make sure to drinks lots of water also!

No, I don't think that is a lot of food. Healthy choices, by the way.

No that's nothing. By lunch I've eaten about 1,500-2,000 calories.
