Ireland. If you mean native English Speaking then Ireland is the next one on the list. This happened when Ireland was part of the U.K. The British made it necessary to speak English and and once Ireland became poor and English became mandated to learn, English began to be spoken as a native language. Because of poverty and emigration, mainly to the U.K., Canada, and the U.S., Irish parents refrained from speaking Irish to their children and those who knew how to speak pretended not to know it. Even after independence in 1922 English continued to grow as a first language in the country. Now Ireland is mainly English-speaking with an Irish-speaking minority. There are also British dependencies around Europe that have English as an official language(of course) such as Guernsey, the island of Manx, and Jersey. And then there is the country of Malta that gained its independence from Britain back in 1966. It became a colony of Britain back in 1815 and English became part of the school curriculum there. Since its independence, English is still the official language. However, in Malta English is mainly a second language in the country used in government, education, and business. Many nations in mainland Europe have English as part of the learning curriculum however, English is not official and is still regarded as a foreighn language so I don't count them. Well, I hope that helped. :)

Sweden, Norway, and Finland all learn English alongside their respective languages. I've never met a Scandinavian who didn't speak flawless English. I'd throw them in there.
