Yes I have. It is the Energy of the All. Beginners are often given an excersize of rubbing their hands together, and holding them apart to feel energy, and then using that energy to form balls. You can find details if you like in the first book I suggest.

Quantum physics teaches us that matter IS energy, when broken down to our smallest parts everyone and everything is energy in motion.

Some people are naturally sensitive to this universal energy, they can "feel" it and even see it, such as reading auras.

Energy can be raised in a lot of different ways, and most people do it without even realizing it. Prayer, mediation, visualization, ritual and spellcraft, all of these are ways in which people focus their minds and raise energy.

As a self-taught occultist, I raise and use energy for a variety of purposes, most often for energy healing and shielding and in spells and rituals. The energy can be used for basically anything you want, your intention and willpower are what guide it to that end.
