Flats are definitely in style and probably always will be. Try them with skinny jeans, they make you look extra petite & a lot of boys I know love it.

Gladiator sandals, I'm not very fond of, because I can't rock them. But if you can, go for it.

Fitted vests add a little sophistication to any outfit as long as you wear them with the right stuff, leave them open for a more casual look. :] try to avoid wearing them with collar shirts & what-not, because they tend to look TOO formal like that.

Regular tees, everyone wears them. :]

Converse, it honestly depends on what you wear them with. I still wear them on occasion. They tend to dress down an outfit, just don't wear them with a dress -_-

As for the Abbey Dawn shirt, I don't suggest you get it if that's what you were planning. High school kids are a little shallow and any kind of skull shirts usually get you dubbed as the "emo" or "goth" kid, which I prefer you'd avoid. Especially since Abbey Dawn is sold at Kohls, there are probably a lot of girls that will have the same shirt. But if it's you're style, go for it by all means.

Every thing you lister is extremely in style. But I don't really like the shirt. Another thing that is in style is plaid button down shirts. Hope I helped.
