Is President Obama capable of listening or just talking?

He cant keep his foot out of his mouth long enough to say anything worth listening to.

I'll assume you've never been to any kind of presentation such as a lecture or even a town hall meeting. For if you had, you'd know the presenter, in this case the Prez, typically will do most of the talking....duh.

Turn this question around and note it's the Righties that are doing all the screaming at these events and fail to allow anyone differing from them to speak.

imo, Pres. Obama has never, NEVER, had to report to a Board of Directors or cover a payroll or watch the bottom line. He has always worked with those less fortunate than he. He talks down to every one, he is the one with the education, he is the one with 'contacts', he is the one who can pull strings. He does not know how to speak with an equal and he absolutely does not now how to listen to the other side-if there is nothing in it for him.
