Problem here : Should I accept captaincy offer?.?

Salaam to all 

Before Last Sunday,6 defeats in a row in cricket matches faced by our team, I was really angry on team captain and on some players including my twin bro and best friend Farrukh and Abdul haseeb respectively.they were taken poor decisions on the field, so on last Sunday I was taken charge as a captain of the team, and by the bless of God, team won a match and now some team members and my twin bro forcing me to take over the responsibility of a captain from current captain of a team. I'm not interested to become a captain, current captain is my good friend,I don't like to replace him, I just pointed out team members and captain weak areas , where hard work need to be done and promise them to give advise on a field at anytime, but some guys keep msgs me to accept an offer.Tomorrow is last team match, our team would not play cricket matches in holy month of Ramadan and I want to play a match as a simple team member, not as a captain, but what answer should I give to those guys, whom keep forcing to become a captain of a team. :?

You have two things to pay attention to:

1. Will the original captain be angry or disappointed, if you take over the captaincy?
AND
2. Do YOU really think that because of being the captain, you can change the strategy and Inshallah, win?

Sorry I answered this so late, I hope the match hasn't already been done.

I suggest that you discuss this issue with the captain. Don't change things now. It's too late.

Well always follow your heart. But you being Captain will only help the team and your friend. Tell your teammates to trust the current captain and maybe you guys might win the next match.

btw if you really care about your team then accept captaincy because the whole team would benefit from that decision.

try to explain in your team that you would like to be a member for now and you enjoy playing as a member of your team and you don't want to heart your captain because he is your friend also and if your captain will not think about your team to win you start to think to take over her place to his job to win your game. right
