Why is this story being ignored by the mainstream media?
Where do you get this "supposed real video" crap? There's no video of the deposition, just her and the man named in the lawsuit talking about it.

You're gonna need a little more stable of a source than a squib posted on a public Blog site before any real media gets ahold of it. Especially considering that the supposedly real video "deposition" posted on the site can't legally be broadcast publicly.
UPDATE
The second source you cite, while still a blog, has better documentation and is better written. The video in the first one is unclearly labeled; it seems to be saying it is the actual deposition but I should have pointed out that the video wouldn't run on my browser.
You should contact Project Censored http://www.projectcensored.org/ which I've always found to be the best and most respected source for underreported news out there. If they don't already have this story they maybe interested.
