Things to put on a baked potato?

Cheese and Bacon Bits

On your baked potato, you can put , Sauteed onions, garlic in olive oil and top the potato. Melt fat free/vegie cheese (some fat free cheeses don't seem to melt very well, but even a few tblsp. on shredded cheddar will melt and give you some flavor. Melted cheese and steamed broccoli or cauliflour (sp?) on mine. Also a low fat (lean beef) or vegetarian chili with shredded cheddar. Spicy / hot salsa with fat free sour cream. Also, I've microwaved then mashed sweet potatoes and spray with the nonfat butter spray, added cinnamon with splenda or the brown sugar splenda with spray butter for a dessert type of ending to my meal. It's not too bad, actually. You can even top with a few crushed walnuts and bake

Last night I had my baked potato with chili, cheddar, and sour cream. If I would have had green onions, it would have had chopped green onions. At one job I had, there were always leftover baked potatoes. I'd have one on break with cottage cheese and lettuce from the salad bar. Odd combo, but good. And salt and pepper of course.
