okay by vendor you mean the hall where the wedding is taking place usually 18% but they should tell you an exact percentage. It should be calculated before taxes or else you are getting ripped off. You do not tip a florist or photographer. The tip for the hall will be included in your final bill. THe officiant is usually 125-150 and you shouldn't be tipping the event consultant she rwecives her cut from the gratuity applied to the hall bill
