I used to take Excedrin PM to sleep, and it helped alot, but lately I take any kind of PM...Tylenol, Excedrin, or even the off brands, and my legs feel really weird....I have to keep moving them or they get really numb on me and I can't sleep, even though I feel very very sleepy. Almost too sleepy. I know this doesn't really answer your question..just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
