How do I nominate someone's answer as the best?

I'll let Austin take Best Answer on this one...

After a few hours you can check your question again and there will be a button under every answer that says "choose as best answer".

OR if you're talking about someone else's question, you wait until the question goes to a vote (it takes a few days) and under every answer there will be a button you can press to nominate it for best answer.

Wait 4 hours after you posted your question and a bar should appear under there name, all you do is click on that.

Just check back later and its really obvious.
