How much do you have to run in 6th grade gym class?

in my school we had to just run aroud the gym the longiest we ran was 15 minutes but in 7th grade i didnt get to pick gym or no gym so we ran a mile every wendsay & friday sometimes even on monday but Avondale specilaces in sports so every school is different. but they never even put running up on ur grade it's only like 5% of ur grade at my school

well i dont know if they have the same thing at your school but at my school in sixth grade mainly all we did was play games like kickball and stuff and on some days they'll make us run for a about 15 minutes but in 7th grade we had the option to do athletics (which is wayy more running and fitness) and regular p.e. which was just like 6th grade

At my middle school, everyone is required to do gym. We have to change into our uniforms in the locker rooms and we run a lap. Then we stretch, and we go over a new sport if we are learning one or we play a game. Like, the first day of something we practice with a partner, and the next day, and then we play games like for volleyball or tennis Queen of the Court. Do you have an older sibling? Did they go to your school? Ask them, or maybe an older friend who went to school with you, or even an 8th grader :) You can also get your mom to call your school and ask.

Not a lot. They made me do 'Suicides" when I was in 6th grade but that wasn't even that bad cause most people just ran it really slow or walked.
