Can I enlist in the USMC if I dropped ROTC?
I was in ROTC in college for 3.5 years, did very well in the program, but decided to drop it. The BC made it difficult for me, and I left on bad terms. I graduated, but still have the desire to go enlisted. Would I still be able to enlist in the USMC/Army after dropping on bad terms? Thanks for your time.

You should have received a DD Form 785 characterizing your enlistment eligibility. Your recruiter will need that.

You could go straight OCS. It depends on what's in your ROTC paperwork, if you have any. Unless your really screwed up, I can't see it having any bearing on ENLISTING.

well if i remember correctly after your sophmore year, you are considered to be in the military which means you would have had to have been discharged to be released
as long as you were not dishonorably discharged i dont see why they wouldnt let you serve. but why would you want to enlist? officers make way more money

I'd apply to OCS. the army acceptance rate is really high. they are even advertising the need for officers on TV commercials

in case you don`t get a NROTC-MO scholarship, you're able to do it for 2 years....after that, in case you nevertheless do it, you`ll be below settlement to become an officer. in case you pass to that difficulty, I quite recommend you basically become one...in case you don`t you`ll would desire to pass nonetheless OCS. NROTC saves you it sluggish.
