Not personally -- but I've read LOTS of negative reviews, etc. about them, so I would steer clear:

I have had nothing but good experiences with Bookit.com. I have found their prices and customer service to be excellent.
I could be that many of the bad-mouthing rants are from other booking companies trying to steer people away from Bookit--who knows. Over the course of a year, there will be some people who have bad experiences, but I think the good experiences outweigh the bad.
