Changing a laptop to tablet PC?
Basically, a laptop/notebook has everything needed for a tablet PC except for the touchscreen and the ability to swivel 180'. Would it be possible to remove the screen from the notebook, buy a touchscreen, and attach that to the notebook so that it would function as a tablet PC?

yes it is possible but it would cost you too much
so it is better to buy a touchscreen laptop if you got money.
another thing is that it depends on your budget.
and also it depends on the make of the laptop like asus eee pc 701 has ability to have touchscreen but some make does not have option for touch screen.
