Cell color in Excel, conditional formatting?

How do I change the cell color in excel? Not so fast, I know the easy way. If A2=Joan Smith, and B2 has a "P" for paid, I want to make A2 cell color turn green. I am already using conditional formatting to change B2 to green as soon as I enter a "P" for paid. How do I get A2 to match B2? And should I toss in an R2D2 as well? jk.

Conditionally format cell A2 as follows:

    Formula Is

    =(B2)="P"

Then set cell color condition to green as you did with B2.

Leave R2D2 alone; he's been through enough already!
