The Bible contains plenty of information about serving in the military. While much of the Bible’s references to the military in the Bible are only analogies, several verses directly relate to this question. The Bible does not specifically state whether or not someone should serve in the military. At the same time, Christians can rest assured that being a soldier is highly respected throughout the Scriptures and know that such service is consistent with a biblical worldview.

It is an error to say that God never supports a war. Jesus is not a pacifist. In a world filled with evil people, sometimes war is necessary to prevent even greater evil. If Hitler had not been defeated by World War II, how many more millions would have been killed? If the American Civil War had not been fought, how much longer would African-Americans have had to suffer as slaves?

Really no. For military or police services you can kill the ones who are need to kill, since you kill LEGALLY. The New Testament recognized the military or policial service: LK 3:14 >> "Likewise the soldiers asked him, saying, “And what shall we do?” So he said to them, “Do not intimidate anyone or accuse falsely, and be content with your wages.” -- Check: John the baptist didn't say: "You must stop being soldier". They should just act according to the law.

BE A GOOD SOLDIER, AND DON'T KILL ANY ONE EXCEPT YOUR OR YOUR BUDDY LIFE IS IN RISK.

The 6th commandment "kill not" the Hebrew word is raw-tsakh' It means to slash to pieces. Killing as in terms of capitol punishment and military. is not the same.

The sixth commandment concerns our own and our neighbor's life (Exo_20:13): “Thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not do any thing hurtful or injurious to the health, ease, and life, of thy own body, or any other person's unjustly.” This is one of the laws of nature, and was strongly enforced by the precepts given to Noah and his sons, Gen_9:5, Gen_9:6. It does not forbid killing in lawful war, or in our own necessary defense, nor the magistrate's putting offenders to death, for those things tend to the preserving of life; but it forbids all malice and hatred to the person of any (for he that hates his brother is a murderer), and all personal revenge arising therefrom; also all rash anger upon sudden provocations, and hurt said or done, or aimed to be done, in passion: of this our Savior expounds this commandment, Mat_5:22. And, as that which is worst of all, it forbids persecution, laying wait for the blood of the innocent and excellent ones of the earth.

I doubt that, I think their is a limit on "Thou Shall Not Murder" because God's children was told by God to go to war and kill. So I highly doubt you'd go to hell for serving your country, and ultimately God's country.
