At home workout question?

What are some good exercises that I can do at home without equipment? Or does anyone know of any website that describe these workouts??? Thank you!

Sparkpeople.com is great. They have tools to help you get in better shape, as well as workout demos for home. I love this website.

Another possibility is http://www.freeworkoutsguide.com/ (however, I highly recommend Sparkpeople over this!).

One last thing - Sparkpeople is basically an online workout community.

You can do sit ups and push ups. As well as crunches. Those are probably the easiest exercises to do that don't require any equipment at all. You could also run, jog, or do jumping jacks. That's all I can think of right now though. If you don't know how to do any of those workouts just look up the name on google and it will show you how to do them. They are all really easy. Hope this helps!

Hindu squats are the best! They take fat off your hips, thighs, butt and legs. You have to keep a straight back while squatting, touch the floor, and then repeat 25 times, take a 45 second break, then do 25 more. Repeat at night. Running stairs will help with cardio, crunches will get you abs and lunges will take the fat off your inner leg!

Movements like this would be considered calisthenics: http://www.ehow.com/videos-on_241_calisthenics-exe...
