you got to many red eyes black dragons if you cut it to only 1 then add maybe a bistro butcher and some magic/trap cards and its okay

take out breaker, exiled force, and morphing jar to put in red-eyes wyvern and 2 red-eyes darkness metal dragon

then it will be 9/10

yes, it is good. Only thing is, try to cut back on monsters, as in only 2 or 1 a piece, and add in more traps, like Bottomless Trap hole and Sakertsu Armor.

seems pretty good, just be careful, you seem to have very few low level monsters.  check your ratio and try to keep the number of low level monsters to magic and trap at 1:1
