Northwestern. All three will grant you a degree that will be respected in your field and you really can't go wrong if you have offers from any/all of them. I say Northwestern mainly because it is better known/more respected outside of engineering. If you decide you want to go into management or academia (perhaps after you tire of working as an engineer in industry), you probably would have a little bit easier time with the NW degree.
