In my opinion the best anime is Bleach, I love it. But that's because I love the sword fights and how Ichigo never gives up no matter what. I'll watch sub only if I can't watch it dubbed. But even when the dubbed becomes available I'll stick to subbed because I would already be used to the Japanese. I watch a lot of subbed movies, sometimes I forget that I'm reading and that I can't really understand Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese lol

Oh and you might want to check out Avatar Last Airbender it's American made. I thought it would be really lame when I first watched it, but I ended up loving it!

As for your other question it really depends on how crappy the dubs are shows like naruto with terrible dubs that make me want to puke and then theres good dubs like code geass in my opinion.

i enjoy dubs, becuase if the anime gets boring i can just do something else while im listening to the dialogue
