Break down of the so called 47 million uninsured Americans?

Does anyone know the break down of the numbers that the Dem's are quoting of uninsured Americans? I have read and seen on the news that the number is actually is false. 21% of that number includes illegals, included in that number are people between the age of 18 and 27 (approx. age ) that choose not to have medical insurance and then there is a another percent ( which is a big percent ) that could have some government medical insurance but have not applied for it for some reason. So tell me what is the actually figure?
