why are so many people getting worked up about muslims in the uk?

Because they read the Daily Mail, simple. First they say that they are stealing our jobs, next thing you know, they are apparently all applying for Unemployment benefit.

Then they complain about Muslims not integrating into society, then they complain when they do integrate by sending their children to catholic schools.

People feel threatened by things they don't understand, I don't think newspapers help much either. When we read stuff about celebrities we laugh it off as a bit of a joke or take it with a pinch of salt, however when we read about some isolated incident thousands of miles away we take what's been written as gospel & get all wound up. People are people whatever their religion, colour or creed, each have their good & bad ones, the secret is spotting which is which. In a thousand years time when we've conquered space travel & are visiting other planets we'll all be called "Earthlings" & all these silly labels will eventually disappear & be a thing of the past.

Well, really can't blame people fearing Islam. Considering that the attacks committed in 2005 AND 2001 were committed by Muslims. Also, what about all the demands from Muslims that we adopt their justice system etc etc etc. Can you really blame people?

The successive governments of Britain put a worldwide advert out for overseas workers, workers being the selling point. Not unskilled people and their extended families cousins kids and uncles to open up shops and give back nothing. I'm Irish and the majority of muslims contribute fuc'k all back to their host nation. Thats ok then i'll go to Pakistan and open up a St Vincent de Paul shop.

Muslims and other migrant groups show little respect of their host country yet expect it,some practises of Islam are unacceptable to western culture,they do not respect us and have no place here.It would be better for all if all alien cultures returned home or spread to the wider world.

Lord Dark Claw is wrong. The IRA are christians and they blow people up. So should we be worried about christians too? There are extremists in all walks of life, but for some reason muslims are getting a hard time of it the last few years 'cos of what's gone on. But look back when you had the IRA pub bombings in Birmingham, everyone hated Catholics/Irish people at the time.

When will the government wake up to what is happening in Britain or are they waiting for race riots on a very big scale.

Terrorists, rioting, crime, welfare, wife beating, sharia law courts, honour killings, no respect for your laws, contempt for the indigenous people and wanting to transform UK into the another Pakistan. Just to name a few reasons.

Beats me.Although many of them are fighting against the British army in Afghanistan or blowing up trains in London or demanding this and that(sharia law) maybe rioting and looting in London over Israel or making their ghettos around the country and bringing a totally alien culture that they think we should accept with open arms.Could be demonstrating at armed forces homecoming parades nah whats all the fuss about?

Nope just cannot understand all the fuss i mean if you want to marry your 10 year old daughter to a 50 year old pervert whats the problem totally acceptable.

lets put it simply.....

what would you do if someone walked into your house and told you what you can or cannot do.

you would have to keep your dog outside "because it offends them".

you could not fly the st george cross (our national banner) because again it would offend your "guests".

your wife would be forced to wear the burkha.

your daughter would marry who she is told to marry. (for example if you have been living near a dirty old pervert who leers at kids for the last ten years who is a senior and prominent member of the muslim community and he picks you daughter as his next "bride"-neither she or you will have any say in the matter)

forced to pray to allah three times a day.

you are not allowed to take part in the things you hold so dearly like christmas cricket and sunday roasts and a few beers at your local with the lads.

vote for who you are told to vote for (at the threat of losing your fingers and being force-fed them).

if the muslims get their way then welcome to life in the future for the UK-this is how your grand-children will be forced to live.

you would tell them to p!ss-off....and rightly so.

this is what the muslims are attempting here in the UK only on a larger scale so welcome to the world of sharia law.

this is a world were punishment beatings and stonings are commonplace-a world were young girls barely out of puberty are forced into marriage to dirty old perverts-young girls who have refused and as a result "brought shame" on their families have been known to be raped by their own brethren and then murdered by their own fathers hand.

a world were rape victims are treated no better than cattle and are often outcasted by their families.

the only race of people intent on killing and maiming innocent people on the british mainland are the muslims.

the muslims are the most ignorant self centred and certainly racist people god ever put on the face of this planet.

by not wanting them here i am not being racist-just realistic.

Do you want to live among people like these.... I don't think so.
