Do you think I'm miscarrying?

Sorry if this seems like a redundant question, but I am hoping you guys can give me a peace of mind..So we are around 9 weeks along and yesterday I started bleeding a bit heavy. I figured it was ok again, because around 4-5 weeks we bled a bit and the doctor said it was my body still trying to regulate and everything. Well this time though there was a significant amount of blood and there weren't huge clots like I have read or been told there will be if we miscarry, but there are like grain sized clots and from what I saw there was one clot that was in the toilet (TMI I know, I'm sorry) but I am unsure of how big it was to be certain. There isn't any cramping though either. I am not supposed to see the Dr. until the 4th of September, should I just wait and see or should I call them Monday(tomorrow) morning and see if I can get in sooner? What do you guys think is happening? I am trying not to be too stressed out, but this is driving me nuts. My husband and I are ecstatic to have this baby and I don't know how I could tell him if we did miscarry..I had a co-worker tell me she didn't know she was pregnant for a while because she had full on periods, did any of you have this and everything turned out to be ok? Thank you all for any help you can give me, I truly appreciate it. And for those of you that have miscarried, I am truly sorry it happened to you, this is horrible enough =( Thanks again ladies! =)
