Christians, do yo believe that ANY man or woman on earth can come to God ?
And do you believe that any man who has ever walked or roamed the earth in the past was enabled to come to know and serve God, or do you think there must have been acceptions as in evil ones ?

Anyone can come to God, anyone. You mention the evil ppl. Well, it is only God that can change the heart and mind of the wicked ppl to turn them into the image of Jesus Christ, with a mind , heart, and character that is fully of God, as Jesus is God.
There is no one too wicked that God cannot change. NONE. But it is all up to each person to deciede to hear and believe and obey God. God forces no one to do so.
No sin too big for God to forgive, except blasphemy of the HOly Spirit. Anything else, can be forgiven, once a person accepts Jesus into their heart. No matter how many a person has killed, or no matter what atrosity has been done, that person can be forgiven and go with God. All thru the precious shed blood of Jesus Christ. Yes.
The scripture reads, WHOSOEVER WILL.. many who ever will turn to Jesus belongs to God.
Tho not all will be saved, just by calling upon His name. You must love and trust God enough to follow Jesus, living and speaking like Him, in obedience. The blood of Jesus is what saves us, the only way to be saved. But , to hold onto that gift of salvation, one must show they love and trust God, by obeying His commands.
But, all can come...

I believe that there has been the opportunity for all to come to God. The problem comes when that original knowledge of Him has not been passed on by those having it.
In the Bible we have non-Jews who had enough knowledge of God to want to seek Him and when they did they were welcomed, some being noted in genealogies and chapters on faith.
We all exercise our preferences either to turn to God or from Him. Evil people will often have known enough to want to find out more but chose not to.
In countries like Russia where Christianity was forbidden in Communist controlled times there were people eager for even a page of a Bible which could be got to them and absorbed. Now many have come to Christianity, though without that background of parental teaching it is harder probably for them to pick up some aspects.
Knowledge, understanding, repentance and baptism in water are vital stages. But a seeking mind is the start of the process.

God is just and justifier of the one who believes Christ was raised from the dead, the climax and pivotal point of Romans 3: 21-26, Romans 4: 25 and if so, he has the witness of God in him, 1 John 5: 9-12 unless he's being a parrot (witness of men).
The witness of God speaks of the demonstration of the Spirit, rather than ones faith standing in the wisdom of men.
No man today as seen Christ or had seen Him raised from the dead, but the greater witness we have is that of the Spirit, with which without no man can say Jesus is Lord, 1 Corinthians 12: 3
The bible answer is yes by the witness of the Spirit 1 John 5: 10-11.
Now the witness of the Spirit rest upon the believing ones, if indeed their faith stands in the power of God 1 Corinthians 2: 5

I think if you read the story of Paul, you would see the story of all of us. Here is a man that knows that he can never reach God's great glory. And yet he was given the same gift that we were all given.
What Paul did, that a lot of us don't do, is embrace that gift. He turned around and devoted his life to share the great gift that God gave us. And in his own words he says " I was the worst of us" He killed wrongly in God's name, and committed countless other acts. And yet He became a pillar of Christianity for us Gentiles.
I don't think that there is anyone that God would not want to to seek His face and call on His name. We are all His children. And we all have a share in the Inheritance.
I hope this helps
God Bless You

Before the New Testament it was harder for the people did not have the gift of the Holy Spirit, to teach, lead, and guide them as we do today, they only had the prophet's. The Spirit worked then in a different way than it does today.
After, Jesus died and was buried, for 3 days He went into the belly of the earth called Hades, the place of the dead and witnessed to all those who had died before His birth. So there were those who believed during this time of His witness in Hades, those who died before Christ . There were 500 soul's who came up out of the grave with Him and witness for 40 days & their bodies returned to the grave and there spirit went to Paradise.
God always provides a way. There were Native American who were Christians before man even came over here to America. They worshiped the Spirit in the sky, they knew there was someone greater than they were.
Even the animals know. In Job it says, If you do not know of God just ask the animals, and they will teach you, & verses go on. It is found in Job 12: 7-25. The Lord leaves no one, no not on in the dark.
Yes, anyone can come to Jesus now directly, we do not need for someone to pray us into Heaven, for Jesus is the one who interceeds to the Father for us.. We have to come to Jesus before we get to God. Jesus said, "No man can come to the Father except through Me," The Father has given all authority to Jesus. Jesus said, "I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE," no ones comes to the Father accept through Me." John 14: 7. God does the drawing of the person, He draws them to Jesus, then the person needs to accept Jesus to become a born again Christian.
Romans 1: 20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiwork's). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification]. [Read Psalm 19: 1-4

God has never rejected those seeking Him. call on God while He still hears, seek God while He may be found for one day He will not be there. So yesterday, today and the present God will be there but one day no more. God has not exceptions or casts out any evil men or women for we at one time or other were sinners.. For God so loved the world (you, me, these other men and women too) that whosoever (anyone) believes in Him (accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior) will not perish (condemnation) but have ever lasting life(life eternal with God).
so yes.

No acceptions...any one can come to God as long as he is still breathing and asks for Gods forgiveness and accepts Christ as His Savior.God can read their Hearts and if they are TRUE. We are talking about the evil ones here, and humans. Satan and his have already lost that chance. This is Gods promise and He is not a Liar.

Christians believe that every man or woman can come to God. Read the following verse of Holy Bible
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the true and living way: no one comes to the Father but by me.

Yes. Most definitely. God is loving and kind and accepts all for who they are -- without exception. Know that in your heart. If you have a question, a concern or an issue, take it to God. He will offer the perfect solution.

Well only since the advent of Jesus Christ which was the start of the age of grace. You/we are a whosoever!
John 3:15-18, "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
